Pianos.ca examines all pianos on the following procedures and standards:

• Pins and pinblock are checked for adequate tightness
   
• All keys are checked for key level, dip and bushings
   
• The outside is cleaned and polished (if necessary)
   
• Actions are reconditioned
   
• Hammers are reshaped
   
• Pedals and trapwork are checked for smooth operation
   
• Soundboard and strings are inspected for damage
   
• All pianos are tuned at A440
   
• Cabinets and hardware screws are tightened to prevent vibration

Also included with every acoustic piano sold by us:

• A thorough check and tuning before delivery
   
• Matching piano bench
   
• Delivery within our local area (additional charges apply in the rest of Canada and the USA)
   
• Piano tuning and inspection after delivery (WITHIN 120 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY)

After all components are checked by our technicians, we can confidently commit our pianos to a limited 10-year warranty.
