I'm writing to let you know how happy our family is with the Niemeyer 165 grand piano we purchased about 15 months ago. I was initially worried about the level of service we would get since we live 2000 km away from Burlington. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent support you provided and the pains you took to find a technician in our area that could work on this piano. As you know, the piano arrived in perfect physical condition but in need of some adjustment, especially some keys that were sticky and would not release quickly. Two different technicians came out to work on it and you even offered to fly your own technician from Burlington or exchange the piano if I was not satisfied.
Fortunately, the second technician was able to adjust the keys so that they played perfectly. This is a very impressive level of service that one does not find very often in our caveat emptor marketplace.
The piano is beautifully constructed, sounds gorgeous, and looks great in our living room. Our kids stopped playing the digital piano the day that the grand piano arrived, even before the sticky keys were fixed!

I am writing to express my pleasure in the Kawai Grand Piano I recently purchased from Pianohouse Burlington. I was initially skeptical about the feasibility of importing a piano into the US --especially with regard to taxes and customs issues. Your assurances that there would be no Canadian sales tax due and that the US duty would only be 4.7% seemed too good to be true. In fact, the border crossing was simpler than I ever imagined. Customs agents inspected the piano to determine the country of origin, I filled out one small form and paid the duty; and that was all it took.
I commend Pianohouse Burlington for your fine selection of quality used pianos -- a selection far superior than anything I could find locally. I would definitely recommend US customers consider Pianohouse Burlington when shopping for a piano.

We found the service and staff very helpful and knowledgable. We did not feel at all pressured, and were given lots of time to look around and explore the pianos. We enjoyed hearing the owner play - an added bonus. The delivery people were also very professional and careful, which was greatly appreciated. We would have no concerns or suggestions as to how to improve service, as our experience was quite pleasant.
