Rental Information:

We have a concert grand piano available for rent  for special events.  It is a used 9'1" Kawai KG 8.

Our charges:

Our basic rental charge for concert grands is $ 1,000.00 plus taxes per event.  This covers:

  • Rental fees (1 week maximum)
  • Local delivery
  • Setup and removal of the piano
  • Insurance while in transit

Local delivery covers transport to Burlington, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Georgetown, Rockwood, Hamilton, Grimsby, Stoney Creek, Dundas, Greensville, Beamsville, Ancaster, Winona, Glanbrook and Binbrook. The above prices do not include applicable sales taxes.

Rental periods exceeding one week and delivery of grand pianos to non-local areas (such as Toronto, Niagara Falls, St.Catharines, Welland, Port Colbourne, Cayuga, Etobicoke) are available for extra charges.

Please note that the piano must be insured by the renter while in their possession, and proof of insurance must be supplied together with payment 14 days prior to delivery. Please also note that we do not rent to corporations as entities and require the name of an individual guarantor.
